We had been using it for approximately five weeks. Given the cost and reputation of the product, we expected it to hold up well with normal, everyday use. Unfortunately, we’ve already noticed a couple of concerning issues. First, the door handle has become loose and now drops downward when the door is unlatched. This began happening very quickly after installation and does not feel consistent with a new appliance. Second, the paint around the handle area is already chipping significantly from regular use. We are careful when operating the stove, so this level of wear after such a short period of time is unexpected. We’re concerned about both the durability and long-term performance of the stove and would appreciate your guidance on how this can be addressed.
