We recently installed a CW2100. It looks great and produces a great amount of heat, aside from being heavy, installation was easy and well instructed. However, when we first turned on the blower, it made a loud buzzing sound and did not start. I turned it off and then back on, the buzzing noise faded but didn’t go away, and the blower started but does not produce much air. I called tech support and described the issue, the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am waiting for a new blower to install. The unit overall has a solid and high quality build and we cannot wait to get the heat distributed around the room better.
