The stove looks great, haven't got it piped up yet but so far the quality seems good. I have two complaints however. First, the rigid firescreen I ordered with the stove is not the correct size and doesn't fit... I have double checked and it's the correct part number. I have attempted to get help through customer service and I can't get a reply. Second, the back panel that shipped with the stove was too small, and I cannot attach it. It must be for another smaller stove model. I will keep attempting to get in touch with customer service but so far no luck.
