The CW2900 wood insert works like a charm. Heating the house 1400 sq ft was more than adequate. Packaging and shipping delivered the product intact. Aside from the weight the installation was smooth. The instructions, precautions and safety information were clear. The only disappointment was the surround panel. Screws to secure the springs to the back of the insert were missing. I spent a few bucks to purchase additional parts and design a mounting system to complete the installation. I hope Century reconsiders their surround mounting design. I had no other issues that couldn't be avoided by using properly seasoned wood.
