Few comments

I can't give an honest review yet of the how the wood stove insert (CW2900) functions as we have not got to use it yet. What I can say is that I was surprised at the little protection of the stove when shipped as it was only on a pallet (underneath only) and then a clear bag over the sides and top. Make sure to inspect your stove before the delivery person leaves as ours left pretty quickly before I could take the plastic bag off. We found that the left side was scratched during shipping and some paint was missing on the ash guard on the left hand side. Knowing that if we tried to send it back that we may not know when the next one would come or how hard it would be to get them to take it back, we kept the stove. We decided that since the scratches were on the left side of the stove and it was going to be behind the faceplate, we could live with that since it would not be seen. We also tried to test the blower out by plugging it in the outlet, but it did not turn on. I called into Century and the customer representative (gentlemen) explained that it was heat activated before it turns on (over 120 degrees F) and shuts off below (110 degrees F). He also explained that it might not turn on for 30-60 minutes while the fire is going. I'm not sure yet if I like that it has to be heated activated, but the Customer Representative explained their thought process behind that (only time will tell). I do know that the plug for this stove insert is only on the left side and cannot be switched to the right side in case that might be an issue for some with an outlet or cord running across. The customer representative also explained that the gasket on the door could potentially pull off when starting the first couple of fires due to curing of paint as the paint may get soft, but to help prevent that you may want to start a small fire first and keep opening the door every once in a while until the paint is cured. If it does come off then call their customer service and they will help you with it. One thing that I wish they would have done is number the firebricks inside so incase you take them out and need to know which one goes where it would make it easier as they are not all the same size (didn't know that when we pulled them out). This review is to give the company some things to think about along with any potential customer wanting to buy this wood stove insert.
