General Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must enter a street address before placing your order. For your convenience, we offer two shipping options: standard and express. If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.

Heating appliances ship free via tractor trailer. Our freight option is limited to curbside delivery. Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway.This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. The driver and truck must have reasonable access to the end of your driveway. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but you will be responsible for bringing it where it needs to be put on your property.

A surcharge may apply when an order needs to be shipped to a remote or hard-to-service area or outside of Canada and the USA. We reserve the right to notify you after you have purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund. Regions that are subject to a surcharge include, but are not limited to the following:

  • US Territories or Protectorates (US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.);
  • Alaska and Hawaii;
  • Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories of Canada;
  • Anticosti Island.

ESTIMATED SHIPMENT TIMES

If your order is received before noon Eastern time, you can expect items with an available quantity greater than zero to ship within 2 business days. 

SHIPPING & ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. You will receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments. Please save these email invoices for your records. 

ITEMS WITH NO AVAILABILITY

We proudly boast excellent fill rates, but occasionally, some items are unavailable. If the item you need is unavailable, an estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you. You will be able to place your order and we will deliver your item at the date promised. If you order multiple items at the same time, they will be automatically grouped. Their delivery date will be the date of the item with the latest estimated ship date. If you wish to have some items delivered immediately, we recommend that you perform two separate transactions. This way, available items will be delivered immediately. Any out of stock item will be delivered later, at the date communicated to you.
